When I go to subscription, it says I have no active subscription, but it shows a reoccurring charge on my billing page. Also on my bank statement it says Roku for hulu. So how do I cancel the subscription if it's not showing active?
Go to Settings/System/About on your Roku and verify the email address matches what you are logging in online. Also verify if Hulu works on that device. If not, then it's a bogus charge, or you once signed up under a different email.
It's my email address. I talked to hulu and they said I'm subscribed through someone else. I know it's roku but under subscriptions. It says hulu was canceled in 2018 and I have no active subscriptions. Yet I've been paying for hulu since 2017. I just deleted my credit card so it won't renew nxt month. Hopefully!
If that card is tied to another Roku account, you may have to go farther to stop it.
