Roku sure makes it tough to return an item for a refund. Drop down menu takes you no where to process a return of an item. Cannot contact any one to assist. I think I've been scammed. I know I've been scammed if I never receive any answer to the question regarding "Returns".

It's amazing. Every step you mentioned just makes a customer go round and round to the same instructions and nothing allows to receive return information like where to send it back. I just wrote to your general counsel email, and received a reply referring me to the same support.com business that makes you go round and round. I guess Roku's return policy is to make it impossible to return so that customers just get tired and give up. I will never buy anything from Roku ever again.
I know your post was awhile back, but I thought I should reply to you because I am running into the same problem trying to return a remote I bought from Roku.com site. It's amazing how it makes it impossible to return an item, and you cannot get a human on the phone or on chat. Obviously, Roku's policy is to not allow returns.
