One of my subscriptions became locked today(new billing period). I went to account and realized I had to put in new credit card information for ROKU. Now the subscription is locked, probably because of payment, but I have no way for it to be recharged with new card. How do I get ROKU to charge again?

For account & billing concerns, it may be more effective to get help from our Billing team. You can contact them here: support.roku.com/contactus then choose 'Questions about my account or billing' on the drop-down menu. They are the best ones to help you out with that matter.
