I have a subscription to HBO Max that I signed up through the HBO Max web site on my computer. I then logged into the app channel on my TV. However, when I go to HBO Max to check on my billing and subscriptions, it tells me my billing information is through ROKU PAY. Okay fine. I go to my account on Roku and go the the "manage subscriptions" area but it is NOT listed. What if I wanted to cancel? Where the **bleep** is it? Come on! Please help!
From your Roku device's home page: Settings > System > About
The email address shown is the one associated with the Roku account to which your device is linked. Is that the same address you used to log into your online account at https://my.roku.com ?

If you subscribe through HBO max website it only means that your subscription is directly from the channel.
