HBO Max not working after I changed subscription to no ads

I recently changed my yearly subscription from Ads to No Ads and no when I login it tells me to Renew my subscription but it shows I have an active subscription but can access it. Any ideas? Thank you

It would be better to get in contact with our Support team from Account and Billing for further assistance about this.

You can contact them directly at our Account-Billing Support page. Choose the options for "Account, payments & subscriptions" and they are the best ones to help you out with that matter.
