I suddenly got charged 6.99 for Roku TV and I have no clue what it's for. When I go to my account I'm not seeing any active subscriptions. I don't even use Roku TV.
I'm not sure where this came from.
Hi @cat48423,
Thanks for posting in the Roku Community!
Please be aware that all transactions from Roku appear with the company name ("Roku") in credit card and bank statements.
For further assistance with account and billing-related issues, please reach out to our support team directly here for your 'Account or billing' issue, here: https://support.roku.com/contactus. They will be able to further assist you.
Let me know if you have any other questions, and have a good day!
Thanks,
Mary
Wouldn't legitimate charges from Roku show up at either
https://my.roku.com/account/subscriptions
or
https://my.roku.com/account/purchases
If there are none there, wouldn't that indicate a scammer using Roku's name?

This is what I'm seeing:
Do follow the suggestions of @RokuMary-F but also go to the links I offered and see if anything shows there.
If a transaction is showing, follow through with Roku about it.
If not, it's a fraudulent transaction. Perhaps someone got your PayPal password? You can log in to your PayPal account and block transactions to Roku.
Of course, it could be a spoofed email and the links in the email may take you to a scam Website. That's why I suggested going directly to Roku, logging in, and checking the transactions there.

Hey! I don't know if I'm doing something wrong but whenever I try to contact customer support it basically sends me in a circle.
Is there an email address I can use?
That's odd. I just went to the link @RokuMary-F provided and used the form there. It worked for me.
You may want to log out of Roku on your browser, close your browser, restart your computer, then try again. You'll want to log in to Roku when you go to that page. Be sure you are logged in by checking the account icon on the top left.

Nevermind.. It looks like it was a scam... There is a website listed that is not even valid... Thanks for your help!
