I’m getting billed for NFHS streaming through Roku but it doesn’t show in my subscriptions so I can’t cancel it. I contacted NFHS and they said that I don’t have a subscription. I want the billing to stop!
Did you have a NFHS subscription? You can contact Roku on their customer support page as this forum is mostly a user support site. Go to the customer support page, scroll down, contact us, accounts & payments, select next issue, then you should be able to chat/talk with support. If they can't help and you did not authorize a subscription, I would suggest contacting your bank/credit card and reporting the transaction as your information may have been compromised.
