Why am I getting ads with the 9.99 per month no ads subscription?
That's helpful. Yes, for the $10/month price, you should get no commercials on most content. Note that Paramount+ may still have lead promos, not actual ads but promos, on shows. Those you may still get. Also, there may be ads during Limitless, Blood and Treasure, Madam Secretary, and NCIS. If it's any of those situations, then that's how Paramount+ works.
However, if it's something else, then you should not be receiving in-program ads. You'll need assistance from @Jeremiah-Roku with it. Or, use the form at https://support.roku.com/contactus and select billing as the topic.

I did not sign up with you at 4.99. I signed up for 9.99 and no ads. Change it or I will cancel.
Please submit the 9.99 subscription that I signed up for with no ads. Or I will have to leave a bad review and cancel!
If somebody is billing you to use a Roku device, you're paying a scammer. There is no subscription to use a Roku.
Now, services, such as Hulu or Netflix or one of the many others, sure, there can be subscriptions to those. Which one are you subscribing to?
