Frustrated please help

Jump to solution

Hi everyone! I recently purchased a Roku knowing nothing about them. I haven’t noticed that a charge for $70 keeps getting added to my account for the past two months for an app called Fubo. I never purchased this app or have I even heard of that and when I reach out to the Roku people I’m unable to get a live person. I am the only one in my house and positive I never signed up for this service

please help I am highly frustrated with the company at this point and the way they are choosing to handle this.

You may have unwittingly started a 7-day trial when you first set up your Roku which automatically subscribed you since it wasn't cancelled.  Check your subscriptions at:

Have you logged into your Roku account and checked your subscriptions there?

It should show up there and you should be able to end it. (Though probably not get money back for the past months.)
