Frndly cancelled service after refund for overcharge
In January 2022, I paid for 1 year of Frndly Basic. Then in March 2022 I upgraded to Frndly Classic. They charged me for a year again, just 2 months later. When I questioned the overcharge I was refunded the March charge but Frndly cancelled my subscription that day even though I was paid thru January 2023. After several hours back and forth with Roku then Frndly nothing was resolved and I still do not have Frndly Basic.
