Free Crave trial, email not received

How much time should I wait to get the email for Crave 2 month free trial? At first I didn’t check the box to receive promotional email but I did check it afterwards so now I’m wondering how much time it will take to receive it…

Hi I just Activated a new roku device but did not get an option to opt-in to promotions so I did not get a redemption code for two free months of Crave. How to get this option?
