Someone used my email address to sign up for an account. Pretty sure it's fraudulent because his name (as entered) is **bleep** Dude. The account is 485229b4-eeef-11ea-84cc-0242ac110005.
1. Please remove my email address from this account--its mine, not his, as proven by the fact that I just changed his password (and logged him out of all his devices) to sign into this community forum to complain to you.
2. Require email verification before sending Lord-Knows-Who billing and payment information.
3. I'd bet a burrito this entire account is fraudulent. **bleep** Dude doesn't sound like a very trustworthy guy. Recommend taking a hard look at the name and address on the credit card.
4. Add a way to report fraud or email adress theft on the website without me literally having to steal the account to login only to be able to report I never signed up.
Since someone had to have access to the email address to complete the sign-up process, whoever did it had access to your email account. You might want to change your email account password.

Are you sure email access is verified when creating a new account? Or is only the entered CC pinged?
What I'm saying is please test this assumption with a newly created email address and brand new roku account. I think you'll find no verification of entered email access is required (or I would have seen it). This is one of my complaints. I'll change my password but this email address gets several verification emails from attempted login hacking to other companies / sites every year. I just ignore them. In contrast, Roku's lazy signup process effectively gifted me someone else's subscription. Also, if this guy is real, I feel sorry that his first name is literally a four letter cuss word.
