Having forgotten my password, and not having access to the email in file in my original Roku account, I have been unable to cancel a subscription.
How can I access my old account if I forgot my password and do not have access to the email associated with it? In other similar posts, links to Customer Service have been provided, but they are circular, as the website always asks to sign in.
I did a factory reset in my TV and created a new account. Does the old account and subscriptions remain, or are they canceled with the factory reset?
Please provide a solution or a phone number to discuss the issue.
