Fictitious, unknown charge. No way to contact anyone to inquire or correct charge. How do you get support ???? I called today to stop payment on my credit card.
Hi @gs0543up
Thanks for the post.
For account & billing concerns, it may be more effective to get help from our Billing team. You can contact them here: support.roku.com/contactus then choose 'Questions about my account or billing' on the drop-down menu. They are the best ones to help you out with that matter.
All the best,
Kariza
Did you login to your Roku account and check purchases and subscriptions? If it is not there the charge is not from Roku. If the charge is from Roku call 816-272-8106

@Catfish234, you should go to the link posted above, but note that CBS Interactive is how Paramount+ is billed.
I'm going to echo what @renojim said. I'm also going to strongly suggest you remove any contact information from your post. That's a bad bad bad idea to post that. That's a security risk. Click the three dots to the right of your name and Edit Reply to take that out.
And that leads into something you really won't like. You probably have compromised payment card information floating around on the Internet. Here's how to verify that.
Go to https://my.roku.com and log in. Then click the Manage your subscriptions link. Do you see any charges there? If not, then Roku didn't charge you.
But how can the card statement say Roku? Simple. Thieves lie. Your compromised card data was used by a scammer/thief who submitted a charge and included "ROKU FOR CBS Interactive" in the description. They can do that because the description submitted is a free text field. It can say anything. And many scammers put Roku, Hulu, Disney, Warner, HBO, and other companies in their scam charges. And since it looks legit (but it's not) it goes right on through.
And the scammer/thief hopes the cardholder will waste time pursuing the wrong avenue, allowing them to get away with it.
Submit a billing issue on the Roku Contact page. Work with whoever from Roku follows up.
Also, and do this soon, file a fraud claim with your financial institution. You should be able to use a printout of the Subscription page information I linked earlier as proof you didn't make a charge.
And things are going to get even worse, as you now have to get a new card issued (yours is compromised, after all) and all that entails.
And change the passwords on all your financial accounts. And on any shopping site where you use your card. And make all the password different. Don't re-use passwords. It's a security risk.
