I would google for "Roku support phone number." You're probably going to have to call someone. (There is a my.roku.com where you're supposed to be able to control subscriptions. But, I recall someone having a subscription they couldnt control from there.).
There's some scam sites which Roku doesn't seem to be concerned about continuously monitoring for and taking down. If you got fooled by one of them, you'll have to call your credit card company to dispute it.
