ESPN says 3-day window to cancel & get full refund
Signed up for 1-year of ESPN+ on Oct 1 and used UVerse as my provider. I do not have enough of a UVerse package so I get “Media access” issue and cannot use ESPN+ App (zero content available).
Reported to ESPN customer service who says there is a 3-day window to cancel AND get a refund. However, appears I must go through Roku to do it.
Roku does not provide option to cancel AND get refund per ESPN’s 3-day window. Instead it appears I have to ride out the full-year subscription. Please tell me there is another way to speak to a live person to get the refund processed.
