Downgrade a subscription from 11.99 to 5.99 a month, paramour+ and peacock. I keep going in circles

Thanks for letting us know about your concern with your current subscriptions and we'd be happy to further assist you with this.

May we know if your subscription is through Roku or directly from the standalone channel? If purchased directly from the standalone channel, please reach out to the channel provider for further assistance.

Furthermore, if you have a subscription through Roku, we recommend that you disable the auto-renewal and cancel your subscription with Paramount Plus and Peacock (you can still use your subscription until the end of your current billing cycle). Once your subscription expires, you will see further options for this subscription on your TV screen. You can then choose your preferred bundle or promotion.

However, if you are having a hard time figuring this out, our Account and Billing team would be more than happy to sort this out for you. Kindly visit our Account and Billing Support page and choose the "Account, payments & subscriptions" category. You'll have the option to call, chat, or email one of our live experts.
