Don't want any premium challens

I don't want premium challens not even free trails how do I stop them from charging me for this?

Don't use those channels?

I've had a Roku for years and never been charged for anything.  Maybe you could be more specific about what is happening?

If you have kids signing up for stuff, remove those channels and add a PIN to your account so kids can't add channels.

I've had a Roku for years and never been charged for anything.  Maybe you could be more specific about what is happening?

Check your subscriptions at https://my.roku.com/account/subscriptions .  If none are shown, it's possible that you're the victim of fraud.  Take it up with your financial institution.
