I have been charged a 59.99 fee on my account and it is labeled as annual membership. I would like to know why. When everyone else that has a roku doesn't pay for it, I have had my roku for 2 years.

Login to your Roku account on a computer or phone. Check your subscriptions. If nothing is listed the charge is not from Roku. If the subscription is not from Roku change the password on your Roku account. If the subscription is not listed on your Roku account I would dispute the charge with your credit card company. Roku does not charge for an annual subscription.
