so I was trying to cancel a Disney+ subscription, because rn my family is in a financial hardship, but when I go to Disney+ and to subscription it says to go to this link that's roku subscriptions but when there it says I have no subscriptions when I'm still getting billed and can still use Disney+?
Do you have multiple Roku devices? If so, do they all show the same email address under Settings->System->About? Are you certain you're using that email address(es) when you check your subscriptions at https://my.roku.com ?
