Discovery plus and go pay for one can lock out

Why cannot get discovery go but pay for discovery plus 4.99 amonth I have that why are locking me out discovery go

Discovery only makes Discovery Go, the streaming version of its cable/satellite channel, available to those who are paying for it via a paid subscription to a tv provider that carries Discovery Channel.  Do you have such a cable/satellite tv provider account?
