Discovery Plus Roku billing issue

I ordered Discovery Plus through the Roku I’m steady being charged but Discovery Plus is saying that they only take CC payments so my account is inactive but my card has been charged twice and there is no one to talk to about this and I’m on my way to complain to Discovery Plus again
