Difficult to close your ROKU account.

Weeks of no service. Been on this "community" but no fix for my no response to navigate on the home page by my first remote and then the second I purchased. I was able to cancel some of my steaming services BUT NOT ROKU. Please I am done with you. Stunned. Do I have to dispute your charge on my bank account? Cannot believe how difficult you have made this. I am done and would like credit for the $16.00 and change I spent on the second remote. PLUS PLEASE CANCEL MY ROKU SUBSRIPTION!

Manage your subscriptions

Cancel whatever subscriptions (Netflix, Hulu, etc) for which you are billing through Roku that you want to cancel.

Roku itself doesn't have a subscription. If you paid anyone for a subscription to use a Roku, you paid a scammer. Contact your credit card company and file a police report.
