Weeks of no service. Been on this "community" but no fix for my no response to navigate on the home page by my first remote and then the second I purchased. I was able to cancel some of my steaming services BUT NOT ROKU. Please I am done with you. Stunned. Do I have to dispute your charge on my bank account? Cannot believe how difficult you have made this. I am done and would like credit for the $16.00 and change I spent on the second remote. PLUS PLEASE CANCEL MY ROKU SUBSRIPTION!
