Devices from an email with 40% discount have the full final price at checkout, is discount over?

Very frustrating experience from Roku unless it is a scam. Very concerning since i entered my credit card information. After that the next screen came up with the incorrect price. Can anyone verify if this is coming from Roku or if I have entered credit card information to a scammer? Very concerning and I was looking forward in getting an upgraded Roku. If this is from Roku, it seems very unprofessional to switch prices in the middle of a transaction.
