Device promo sent by email to me

Has anyone else received this promo email- I cannot find any way to redeem it and no one from Roku will reply - the email came from Roku

Hi @samcourtney! Just to confirm, are you logged in online using the same email account that this promotion email was sent to?  You can confirm by navigating to http://my.roku.com and logging in or checking your account details there.

Yes - when I click the link to Buy Now - the offer is NOT displayed on that page...never was shown to me on the offer webpage...but I want to get the offer!
