My father passed and I no longer have access to his ROKU box or email address. I am unable to sign into the account, but I need to cancel his channels and subscription. Unfortunately, there is no live service person to help me anywhere, it seems. Any ideas?
This is terribly frustrating. I should be able to find a person to help me fix this.
