Is there an actual way to get customer service through roku? It says if you go to their support page it gives you the option to have a live chat with someone that does not happen.

I went to my subscriptions and wanted to get rid of YouTube it wasn't part of my subscriptions. Though I'm getting charged for it. So I went to the Roku apps on my television and the option was to remove it. Which I did. It did not give me an option to cancel subscription. Will this cancel my subscription? I hope so

To check, first, know the email linked to your Roku device. Just go to Settings, then System, and select About. After that, head over to my.roku.com/subscriptions and log in to your Roku account. You’ll see a list of all your active subscriptions under "Active Subscriptions." If you need more help, please click here to contact our Account and Subscription Team.

@Gemlay, removing an app does not cancel the subscription and since you were able to remove the app that would indicate that your subscription is not through Roku.  Apps with subscriptions through Roku can't be removed until the auto-renew is canceled and the current term of the subscription expires.  I suggest you contact Youtube.
