I am TRYING to set up ACCOUNT INFORMATION. My current bank card IS NOT overdrawn....so, why is your website asking me for a "VALID" Card????
Thanks for the inquiry.
When you inputted your credit card information, did you make sure that you have inputted the information correctly and verified it's correct?
If you are still having issues with linking your credit card to your Roku account, please reach out to our support team directly here for your 'Account or billing' issue, here: https://support.roku.com/contactus. They will be able to further assist you.

Danny,
I had to plug in the entire system before my card was recognized. But I am up and running. NOW, *HOW* do I get Travel Channel Go, WORKING?! Is that a subscription????
Thanks for the update.
Please be aware that certain channels may require a TV/cable subscription to access their content.
For more information about that channel's subscription and access, you'll want to contact Travel Channel Go support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
You can reach Travel Channel support here: https://watch.travelchannel.com/general/faq
Thanks,
Danny
How do I input my new credit card info??????
I have an existing account....just need to update credit card info
Why is it so difficult to just update my account??? can someone please help me????
Go to https://my.roku.com and select the Update button under Payment Method.
EDIT: I responded to your first post. The others posts you made were of no use and accomplished nothing.
EDIT: Oh, and since you've never been to that page, you might want to look at the PIN Preference settings. That's where you set it to require a PIN to actually complete a purchase. That prevents kids or others from buying something or subscribing to something without your permission.
