I pay a monthly fee for Discovery + Add-free ($6.99). Billing date for the Add-free is June 14, 2022. Why am I charged another $6.99 month for Roku Discovery (July 03 2022)?
All I want to do is talk to Customer Service about my billing question. I can't find a direct number.
Please help. Yes, I already checked my account subscription, etc., and I'm only being charged for the Discovery Add-free. Confused about the Roku charge. Thank you.
