Charges from warner media group for over 4 months

I have been charged for 4 months for services that I have not received through roku warner media group  of 16.34 I want them refunded its not in my subscriptions to unsubsidized on my roku TV

Warner Media Group owns a bunch of different services, including HBO and Cinemax.  Might you not be recognizing this as being for a subscription you do have?
