I was charged 2.99 for a roku holiday stream TWICE I don’t even own a roku tv at the moment and I’ve never purchased something off of it even if I did
You say you don't own a Roku "at the moment", did you ever? Did you give it away or sell it without performing a factory reset? Have you tried to log in at https://my.roku.com using whatever email address you may have used when you did own a Roku device to check any purchases or subscriptions?

Best,
Yes! I am having the same exact issue, except I have been charged $10.68 for MONTHS and I do not have an account! I thought it may have been something my kids setup, but I have deleted and cancelled everything it could possibly be from my devices and it still charges! I didn’t even have a Roku account until just now, to get help! HELP!
@Msingle22 In your case, it sounds like the scammers have gotten ahold of your credit card info and are submitting charges with Roku as the named service. These are completely bogus charges, and the scammers are hoping you'll just believe they are legitimate charges and pay them.
Since you posted here, you have a Roku user account. Log into it (https://my.roku.com) and look under subscriptions. If there's nothing listed there, then Roku is NOT billing you. If there is something there, you can cancel it there as well. If you have a credit card attached to your user account, you can also remove it via the site.
Again, if there's nothing there, Roku is not charging you anything. You are being scammed. You need to contact your bank and contest the charges. It will depend on the bank how far back you can contest them, but do it right away. They should be willing to block that person from submitting any further charges.
@atc98092 Scammers definitely stole the information. But you don’t need to have an active Roku account on a device to make an account for this community. You just sign up. They stated they didn’t have a Roku account till now so of course it won’t show any subscriptions. They created a Roku account to post in this community
