I was charged $6.99 twice for BritBox - on 5/23/22 and on 5/27/22. I would like to have a refund.
First go to your Roku subscriptions page and see if there are any subscriptions listed. Cancel any that you want to cancel. Note that if there are none listed, it's very likely that Roku didn't charge you, but rather a scammer did.
Next, go to the Roku contact page and submit a billing issue.
And look for @Hector-Roku or one of the other Roku folks to reach out to you regarding this.
