I have subscribed to NFHS on other devices with a MC account, when connecting my device and activating Disney via Version for a free year it asked for a credit card for any extra PPV charges that I might want to view. Your are now charging me for a annual and monthly fee on my Visa card as well as being charged on my MC for the monthly rate for my original subscription. It would be very nice in this wonderful tech world to be able to talk to a real person and get a billing problem solved.

I would just like to talk to someone because your system does not recognize problems without sending you to some useless field that does not address the problem. You talk about more effective method of solving a problem, this endless pages do nothing to help me out except upsetting me more.
