Charged full price and not discounted price?

I ordered a 2 pack of roku cameras from the home page on mu rpku streambar that were on sale for 40$. They charged my card $52 today (full price). Just try to contact them thought their website - go to the page for problems with payments and it just freezes with a "Loading.." message when you click support. I guess I'll just cancel through the credit card company.
