Charged for subscription I dont have to hbo max

I keep getting a charge for hbo max from roku. The hbo max app says I have to cancel it through roku but roku says I don't have any active subscriptions.

What does the description for the charge say exactly?  If you have multiple Roku devices make sure they're all linked to the same Roku account - check the email address displayed under Settings->System->About on each device.  If you highlight the channel on the Home Screen and press the * button on your remote do you get an option to "Manage subscription"?
