Roku has been charging me for HBO for months. I never requested for HBO and we never used it. I started to think it was a scam because it does not show up on subscriptions. Roku has absolutely no customer service to take care of this. We had to cancel my credit card just to get it removed. Now Roku sends me an email saying they couldn’t charge me for HBO. This is absolutely ridiculous that Roku is the scammer. Very disappointing.

I’ve been getting charged for HBO like this too and I have it Free through AT&T please help I can’t find a phone number anywhere and I need to be refunded this money
The same thing happened to me. It looks like the subscription started in June 2021 and continued through this month. In June of last year I was very ill. HBO would have been the last thing on my mind. In July I went into the hospital. From them until last month I was in and out of hospitals and a nursing home. I finally returned home in May after 10 months of pain and fear. I was checking my bank account today and looked into this recurring charge. I was shocked! I have spent over $150 on a service I didn't know I had, didn't want and didn't use. I am on Social security and simply cannot afford to have lost this money. I canceled the subscription today. But please let me know what else you can do to help me.
