This is the second month that I have been charged from Roku for $30.27, but there is NO PROOF from Roku as to why! I can’t find a way to get this refunded as I have no evidence as to why I am being charged from Roku! How do I get a hold of them to find this out and to cancel this?!

Make sure you're logging in with the same email address that shows on your Roku under Settings->System->About. If none are shown it's possible that it's a fraudulent charge coming from someone using Roku's name. Report it to your financial institution.
