You've provided no information.

If Roku is charging you for something, you'll see it at https://my.roku.com/ and clicking on either the Manage your subscriptions link (for subscriptions) or the View your purchase history for purchases.

If nothing is showing there, Roku didn't charge you.

Re: Charge

Probably cause they randomly charge.  I just had to cancel my credit card tied to it because it wouldn't delete my payment info unless I entered another.  No one to talk to and the instructions on how to cancel didn't work as they have updated the software and the menu option is gone.  Maybe they moved it somewhere else.  I'm done with **bleep** like this

Huh. I had no trouble whatsoever removing a payment source from my Roku account. There's a link on the Website. That's how I did it.

Re: Charge

Hello @Rebecca1227

Thanks for posting here in the Community!

Please note that all transactions from Roku appear with the company name ("Roku") in credit card and bank statements. If it's a billing concern, it may be more effective to get help from our billing team. You can contact them here: support.roku.com/contactus then choose 'Questions about my account or billing' on the drop-down menu. They are the best ones to help you out with that matter.

All the best,
Kariza
