What is the EXACT name showing on your card or similar for the charge? $99 almost sounds like you signed up at a scam site that is technically third-party Roku support, not true Roku.

Did you call someone when you set up your Roku?  Roku itself has no fee to use.

Nope, I did not speak to anyone. I am not sure how my information got to ROKU. I chatted with 2 people gave a screen shot of ROKU taking the payment out of my account over several months and the best they can come up with is " I cant find the email connected" UM well somehow they do because it has been going on for months even after I have removed my card from the TV and put back on Factory settings. This is the most counterfeit company EVER!!

As far as I know, factory resetting a TV does nothing in regards to subscriptions and credit cards.  Your Roku account stores your payment method, so check there for your credit card.

You said "a Roku Subscription" but like @andyross, I'm curious as to exactly what the line item on your credit card statement says.  (I had assumed it actually said "Roku Subscription" which would be pretty bogus, but maybe it's something else like: "Roku for Hulu" or some such?)
