If you purchased your Disney+ subscription through Disney+ directly, you will need to contact their Support to manage your subscription. You can reach Disney+ here: https://help.disneyplus.com/csp

i changed mine to a year and they still take out the monthly how do i stop the monthly one>
Did you subscribe to Disney+ via Roku Pay? If so, go to https://my.roku.com and log in. Then go to the Manage your subscriptions page and see what's listed there.

I'm on a monthly but would like to switch to annual. I can't find any way to do this on the Account changes page. There's an Upgrade but it says nothing about switching to annual. What am I missing?
Oops. Just realized I'm asking about my $7.99 /month subscription to BritBox. Hmm. I'm probably barking up the wrong tree.
