This is all I get... I click on the purple part that says account update and I go to it and the only option is to change password I punched in my email that is connected with Roku I punched in the new email that I want to start using then I did the opposite and it's not working there is no option to update your email no option to update your email. Roku should do something to update their system because it's not there if it was I wouldn't keep saying this over and over I do appreciate everyone's input honestly
Please try it the way I suggested above. Put the NEW email in BOTH email fields.
And don't think you need to change your password at all. ie: leave the new password stuff empty.
Omg it worked finally.. and I got a confirmation that my emails been changed thank you so much thank all of you guys I really appreciate it God bless you all
On that picture, it looks to me like you want to enter your new email in "email" and then enter it again in "verify email", and then probably press that purple button. (The button is cut off but I assume it says "save" or something like that.)
I tried that. First I put my old email, then new email... Then I put new email then old. IT WILL NOT WORK.
I CHANGED MY PASSWORD 4 TIMES...
