How do I change my payment method without canceling my subscriptions. Bank sent new cards and I need to update information, however, Roku says I have to remove my payment method. I can't do that without canceling my subscriptions to Disney and Discovery. I don't want to do that. Please help

When you cancel a subscription, the cancellation will not take effect until the next renewal date and you may be entitled to continue to access the content until then.

I don't see where Roku says you need to remove the payment method. From my account, I can update my payment details -- OR -- remove payment method. Just need to enter the new card info and hit save.

Ridiculous! Changing your payment method should have no effect on any subscription. If it does that is something Roku needs to change because that is backasswards.

In Roku, how do I change the monthly BritBox subscription to the annual one? I don't have a BritBox account because signed up with Roku.
@Kalena, I can't speak specifically to Britbox, but when you sign up to a service through a third party like Roku you are often limited. If there's no option to sign up for an annual subscription then you're better off cancelling your Roku Pay subscription and signing up directly with the provider (Britbox) when the current term expires.
I'm trying to do the same thing, and if I have to cancel subscriptions just to change payment methods, I won't have ANY billing or payments through ROKU at all. The added bonus is I won't be tempted to pay per view any movies or TV, so way to cut off a revenue stream ROKU!
