I want to change my email.. I don't want to change my password for a fourth-time all I want to do is change my email.. will you go to account settings and it says to update account information including update email password all that stuff it does not allow me to update my email I have a new email and I want to use it with Roku like I do everything else can somebody please help Roku needs to change the things a little bit I think because it doesn't give you an option for one thing at a time
I just went to account settings and I see a field labeled Email, which was editable, and below that was a field Verify Email. So it looks like you can change it by putting your new email address in both of those fields and clicking save. (I admit I didn't actually try it because I don't have a new email address that I want to use.) Does that not work?

Seems that the only option there is to change your password so what they say that you can do in that setting is not true we're not stupid 💪
I have successfully changed my email. It didn't "take" on the first attempt, but I logged out, logged back in, and the second attempt worked.
This updated the email address used to log into my Roku account, as well as the email address shown for my account on the Roku itself via Settings > System > About.
I tried that and it doesn't give me the option to change email only password I did it like 20 times it's not working

When you log in to your account at my.roku.com then click the "Update" link below Account Information you don't get this screen?
I find that while I have changed the email on the My.Roku site that the information does not transfer to the streaming devise, which continues to have the old address and old payment information. I tried a restart to no avail. Any suggestions?
