that is no help to what i need done. i want to change the date you take out from my bank account for cbs. if i cant do that from here or be able to call yall. what can i do. in need of a phone number to get in touch with a person.

I think I left u a reply earlier. Forget it the phone number is fraudulent and connected to scammers. I found the answer to changing the payment due date.
If you need to change a date for a payment on a Roku-billed subscription, you will need to log into your Roku account at my.roku.com and click 'Manage your subscriptions' to cancel your current subscription. You'll then subscribe again on the date you want the payment to occur, after your current billing date has passed.
So after they take your current payment wait til the day u want the payment to come out and sign up again on that day. So if u sign up on the 1st the payment will come out that day every month.
