Cancellation with a broken device. You all do not have a phone number.

My Roku device does not work. I am not allowed to go in the app to cancel my Peacock subscription. It’s been seven months and the money is still being taken out of my account and I’m not even using the app. I want a refund and I want it canceled. @Mamadukes123, remove your email address from you post.  Only a scammer will contact you.  You can cancel Roku subscriptions by logging into your account at https://my.roku.com .  A refund will be hard to get, but you have to start with billing/account support at https://support.roku.com/contactus .
