Canceling the nfl channel

I am trying to cancel the nfl channel and it keeps telling me I have to go to manage subscriptions and it does not come up on my TV as an option!  How do I get rid of it and get my money refunded?

If it's not listed on your Roku user page (https://my.roku.com) under My subscriptions, then you aren't paying through Roku. Do you show any subscriptions on your user page?

No I don't have anything under roku! But on my bank statement it said nfl roku. So how can I cancel it? Where do I go? It's 10 dollars a month for nothing we can hardly watch the games(when the where on) just don't want it any longer

If you aren't subscribing through Roku, I have no idea where you have to go to unsubscribe. I don't know if there's any contact info within the app itself, as I don't use it personally. But you might look within the app for help.

It sounds like you legitimately subscribed in some way, since you can actually use the channel. If you can't find out where to unsubscribe, you could always contact your credit card company and tell them you wish to contest the charge. That will force whomever you're paying to reach out to you.
