Cancelation of my subscription

What about if I'm in roku and it says go to roku website, but then I signed in  roku website and my subscriptions did not appear and says go to directly to the app (peacock, max, etc) and then in the app says go to roku, very easy to sign in for a subscription very extremely hard to cancel, please help.

I see you are having trouble canceling your subscriptions on Roku. Let's get this sorted out together! Please confirm the email linked to your streaming device or Roku TV by going to Home > Settings > System > About. Once you confirm the email, click 👉 here to manage or cancel your subscriptions.

You can also cancel the subscriptions on your Roku Device or Roku TV by: 

  1. Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
  2. Use the arrow buttons to highlight the app you want to cancel.
  3. Press the Star button.
  4. Select "Manage subscription" to see the renewal date. If this option isn't available, your subscription isn't managed through Roku.
  5. To cancel, select "Turn off auto-renew." Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

I agree, I am in the same boat. Can't cancel ESPN+. ROKU does not list the subscription and ESPN says manage from ROKU.

There is no ESPN+ app so cannot use the * on the home screen method to cancel. ESPN app is it and no options there to cancel.

@KatFan Is it possible you have more than one Roku account?  If you can login to your ESPN+ account on a computer, try going to your profile picture, selecting account, and then under plans and billing click on where it likely says manage on Roku.  When I do that on my ESPN+ account it takes to directly to Hulu where I have subscribed.
