I lost my Roku stick last week and ended up having to buy a replacement remote. My remote is currently on back order and will not be shipped until February. I found my remote a few days ago and need to cancel my order. When I go through account, billing and orders; it only gives me the option from purchasing the device from a retailer, SlingTV and Hulu. I ordered the device from the Roku website under my account. What do I need to do to cancel my order and get a refund? #LinksToProduct
