Hi I received an unauthorized bill for Roku CBS for $99. Please remove this from my acct and credit my credit card. Thanks
Log in to your Roku account at https://my.roku.com
From there, go to the Manage your subscriptions page. Is there a charge there?
If so, click cancel and submit a Billing Issue at https://support.roku.com/contactus
If there is no subscription listed there, Roku didn't bill you. A scammer obtained your credit card information and submitted a false charge, putting "Roku" in the description. Submit as a fraud claim. And since you're credit card is compromised and thieves have the number to submit, you'll probably need to get a new card number.
