The Roku Movie Store uses Vudu. I use my Walmart login for Vudu. Roku will not let me login to my Vudu account to view my movies using the Walmart login info in the Roku Movie Store option from the home screen. I can access and login to Vudu using the Vudu channel on Roku but not from the Movie Store option on the home screen ever since Fandango merged with Vudu.
I'm unable to address that particular issue, as I don't normally use the Roku Movie Store (when it was M-Go, when it was Fandango Now, and now that it's Vudu). However, there is a separate Vudu app that may allow you to access content as a workaround.
Perhaps @RokuDanny-R or @RokuKariza-D can assist regarding the Roku Movie Store issue.

Any resolution to this? I have the same problem...frustrating.
Thanks for the post.
For more information about that channel's authentication and functionality, you'll want to contact the Vudu support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
You can reach Vudu support here: https://www.vudu.com/content/movies/contactus
Thanks,

I just unboxed my first Roku this afternoon and am experiencing the same problem. The Vudu-developed application lets me sign in with my Walmart account no problem (although the on-screen keyboard is much worse than Roku's).
Signing into Vudu via Movie Store > My Movies > * gives no option to sign in with a Walmart.com account. If I put in my Walmart credentials, it fails and suggests a password reset, but no reset token is delivered to my email.
@RokuDanny-R, I'm having this issue with Roku's first-party integration on Home, not in the third-party Vudu app/channel.
